STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS
Raisama is differentiating its investment and operational strategy from many Australian energy companies by creating commercially valuable partnerships in its primary areas of operation.
In Indonesia, Raisama has executed a formal Alliance Agreement with local E&P Company “RENCO” to identify, evaluate and secure upstream opportunities throughout Indonesia. This agreement extends the relationship created by our farmin to the SBA Project and effectively aligns our objectives to ensure Raisama maintains the highest level of cost effective operations together with proactive industry and government relationships.
RENCO is owned and managed by senior ex-Unocal and Pertamina executives and has significant technical and commercial skillsets, plus an extensive local network which combine to reduce Raisama’s investment risk and facilitate management of local projects.
In the Philippines, Raisama intends to set up a local office to manage the Cadlao Project and will be working closely with our local project partner to optimise economic returns and secure additional projects in the country to build the Company’s portfolio.
In Thailand, Raisama has an existing business development office focused on the Indochina region.
